The Role

As Global Programme Director, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex international insurance programmes. Acting as the primary point of contact for international clients, you will ensure programmes are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.

Working closely with clients, partner brokers, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate programme delivery across multiple territories, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and contribute to the strategic growth of the Dubois Global Network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage international insurance programmes. 
  • Coordinate global renewals and oversee programme execution across multiple territories. 
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, partner brokers, and internal teams. 
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international quality standards. 
  • Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Support business development activities and strategic initiatives. 
  • Mentor and coach colleagues while promoting collaboration and best practices. 
  • Deliver exceptional client service through clear communication and effective stakeholder management. 

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in international insurance programmes, risk management, or global account management. 
  • Experience within commercial insurance or specialist lines such as Commercial Property or CAR/EAR. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across international environments. 
  • Experience leading projects or programme management initiatives. 
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment. 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline, supplemented by relevant insurance qualifications. 
  • Fluent in both French and German. 
  • Willing to work in a hybrid environment based in Amsterdam.
