We are building a specialist recruitment agency within Finance, Data, and Treasury. That is why we are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to build, expand, and professionalize our Recruitment & Selection services from the ground up.
Your role
You will be responsible for shaping our entire Recruitment & Selection practice. From business development and account management to recruitment processes, candidate experience, and market positioning. This is explicitly not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has already mastered the craft, operates independently, and is energized by building things from scratch.

What you will do
- Set up and expand our Recruitment & Selection services within Finance
- Acquire new clients and further develop existing relationships
- Recruit, select, and guide professionals
- Advise clients on recruitment challenges
- Developing processes, propositions, and market approach
- Achieving placements and revenue growth
- Building and managing your own team over time
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree level of professional ability
- At least a few years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or staffing
- Commercial, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented
- Independent and capable of operating successfully without intensive supervision
